Rule 12
District committee should submit annual program

12. The district committee should submit the annual program: (1) Subject to rule 11, the district committee should make an annual program for the area that can be contributed to its district and submit it to the central committee. (2) ) According to sub-rule (1), the central committee may approve the annual program submitted by the district committee on the basis of the fund condition and the priority of the contribution area. The amount will be provided to the concerned district committee. The district committee will operate the program under the approved program.

(4) The amount received from the central committee for conducting the approved program shall be jointly operated by the joint signature of the president of the district committee and the member-secretary. According to the law, a current account should be opened and deposited in a licensed "A" class bank.

(5) The district committee should spend from the account as per sub-rule (4) for the approved program.

( 6) Notwithstanding anything written in this rule, the Central Committee itself shall not be hindered from conducting the employee contribution program.
